Eileen’s background is in business development across diverse industries, including energy efficiency, fintech, and CPG brand management. Throughout her career, she has built trusted partnerships across sectors and geographies by showing up with clarity, credibility, and intention. Her passion lies in helping leaders strengthen their executive presence—so they can connect people, ideas, and opportunities more effectively, build influence faster, and drive growth through strategic thinking and authentic collaboration.

Education
Eileen holds an Executive MBA in Global Business from Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business and a BA in Psychology from Vanderbilt University, complemented by a Contemporary Art degree from Christie’s in London. This blend of business, psychology, and visual intelligence informs Venus Rising’s approach to executive presence—where how leaders think, decide, and show up matters as much as what they say. A lifelong learner, Eileen brings a growth-mindset approach that helps clients translate insight into influence and results.

Board Service
Venus Rising was founded with a deep commitment to advancing women’s leadership, and that commitment extends to Eileen’s board service. She is an Advocate Member of OnBoard, supporting efforts to increase the number of women serving on corporate boards, and a Board Member of Girl Talk, Inc., where she helps advance peer-led leadership programs for girls. Across both roles, Eileen is focused on strengthening confidence, voice, and presence—so women and girls are prepared to lead, influence, and be seen at every stage of their journey.

Our Framework

Executive Presence is a set of behaviors - that we exhibit and that others interpret.  We use a framework that outlines these behaviors, gives instructions on how to learn and deploy them - and then we work with clients to build personalized action plans to 'strengthen EP muscles'.
