Eileen's deep-rooted expertise in executive presence stems from her roles in corporate environments, where she recognized firsthand the pivotal role of leadership demeanor in organizational success. Her transition to founding Venus Rising in 2022 marked a pivotal moment, integrating cutting-edge data analytics with a comprehensive framework designed to deliver tangible results.
Eileen's mission is straightforward yet profound: to equip leaders and their organizations with the insights and methodologies needed to cultivate an executive presence that drives tangible business outcomes. Her dedication to enhancing leadership effectiveness is reflected in Venus Rising's client success stories and enduring partnerships, establishing a legacy of excellence in executive image consulting.
Eileen holds an MBA from Scheller College of Business, is a certified e-Learning Instructional Designer and is certified in the BTS Executive Presence (ExPI) 360 assessment tool.
